I hope you all had a wonderful Easter! I am so thrill to share this fabulous collaboration with Nordstrom Barton Creek here in Austin Tx.
As we all know Spring is here and there are so many events happening right now. I’m really loving the Nordstrom Barton Creek dresses that are currently in store. Their selection consists of cocktail dresses, evening gowns, spring dresses and prom dresses.
I had the opportunity to try on 6 different dresses on in store but the one dress that I fell in love with was the Xscape the Two-Piece Gown.This two piece crop top and mermaid tailored skirt reminds me of the little mermaid. Its floral print will bloom once you enter the room and will captivate everyone attention.
As for accessories, I decided to wear my jewelry that I wore when Dan and I got married. These silver dangle earrings are so stunning that anyone standing 5 ft. away will notice. I’ve linked a couple of my favorite accessories below that would go well with this Xscape dress.
When I was in the store I was trying to figure out a fun clutch that goes well with this dress. I got distracted with all the pretty clutches that I had a hard time picking one out. I finally came across this Sondra Roberts floral cork clutch, which was perfect! I like the natural cork pattern because it adds a vintage charm. Also the gold chain strap keeps your styling options open.
So to all my young ladies that haven’t gotten a dress for your Prom, this two piece look is the one for you. I have linked a couple of my favorite two piece dresses below that are great options for prom.
