I probably should have titled this ”My Favorite Things” because that is what I want to share with all of you. One of my favorite things that helps me to relax at the end of a crazy week is candles. I love to come home after a stressful day and light up my candles. A favorite scent of mine is Lavender. When I light up this scent I feel like I am at a Spa. Another favorite scent of my is called Volcanic by Anthropologie. It gives the house such a homey feeling that all you want to do is lay on the couch and relax. As for the pineapple candle, its just a fun summer decoration that reminds me of the caribbean.
This book,”Eat, Drink, Nap” pretty much describes what I love to do. Eating healthy fruit snacks, reading one of my favorite books while taking a bath and lighting my favorite candles just does it all for me. One last thing… I love writing in a journal. It helps me clear my thoughts and better express what I have to say. If I have a lot of things on my mind and I start to stress out; I just take out my journal. Trust me, it helps! So if you have had a stressful day and need to relax, try one or all of my favorite things. They really work!
