Today I’m sharing one of my favorite workout outfits that I just bought from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I have been on the hunt for some workout shorts that have a good fit and don’t ride up; and I found them in these shorts from Zella. I have been wearing them every other day and they are amazing. Since I love to work out 5 to 6 times a week; I have been waiting for the sale to get here so that I can stock up on my workout gear. I have linked a few items that I bought from the sale below. This sale ends Sunday so you might want to stock up before the prices go up.
I’m so inspired by all my new workout gear that I decided to share some of my workout routines with all of you. I like to mix up my workouts so that I can shock my body. So here goes!
For my first workout, I like to use the ball to do 4 sets of pushups and 15 reps on each arm. This will help you stay lean, build muscle and strengthen your Core. I’m not a big fan of this workout, but I have seen a lot of results; so I highly encourage you to try it. For my second workout tip I do a walking side squat while holding the ball. This helps to build your booty, legs, and core. I do this workout twice a week and I have to say that I have seen a lot of positive results. Finally, when I’m done with the workout, I love to do sit ups. I use the ball, which weighs 10 pounds, to work on my abs and build up my shoulders. I do this workout three times a week doing 4 sets of 20 reps. My abs are killing me the next day, but I love the results.
