I can’t believe November is HERE! You guys know what that means, lots of yummy goodies heading our way! As you all know I love being fit and one of my favorites things is mixing up my workouts.
By shocking your body you drop weight faster and tone your body.
I been boxing since I was 22 years old and I love it. Boxing just take me to another level and it challenges my strengths. When I work out I think about the movie “Rocky’’ and start to think about how hard he trains. This inspires me to work out harder so I can get the results I want from my body.
What I love about a boxing workout is that it’s just you and that punching bag going at it. This helps me release a lot of stress and points me back to what I’m focusing on in life. So if you want to drop weight just in time for the holidays mix up your routine and try a boxing fitness class.
Here is a example of what I do for cardio during the week.
1.Monday: 45 mins of stairmaster/ treadmill plus 20 mins of abs.
2. Tuesday: Soul Cycle 1 hour/1 hour boxing class
3.Wednesday: lifting weights 1 hour /20 mins of cardio
4.Thursday: run 4 miles outdoors/ 20 mins of abs
5 Friday: Lift weights 1 hour
6. Saturday: Lift weights for 1 hour
I take a boxing class and cycle every other week to shock my body. I usually workout 5 to 6 days out of the week.
