You probably asked yourself this question all the time: How to keep a positive mind set? I think most of us struggle each day on how to have that positive mentality. That’s why I decided to write this blog post because I wanted to share everything that has helped me have a good and balance mind set.
One of my favorite saying is, ” A Negative Mind Will Never Give You A Positive Life.” This phrase gives me the strength and ability to do anything I set my mind too. It’s important to find words that keep you motivated.
I’m a strong believer about writing things down that you want to achieve in life. I like using Post-it notes on my calendar to write down my fears, beliefs, goals, achievements and most importantly my strengths. This has helped me extremely with my career and the woman I’ve become.
Pinterest is one of my favorite tools that I really like to use right now. I created a board of all positive quotes that are meaningful to me. If you follow me on Instagram, then you know that I post a positive quote each day on my stories. I like to start my day with a positive mentality. I believe that if you have a positive mind then you will achieve everything that day. It’s all about believing in yourself and knowing that you can do it.
Below I wrote down some things that have helped me:
Do the things I enjoy: I love to be creative and I started some home projects to focus on the things I’m passionate about.
Releasing my stress level: I started doing yoga for my mind and body and I love it. It’s helped me a lot.
Creating a Board: I started a home Post-it board with words that give me strength each day so I can achieve all the things I want to do.
Surrounding myself with Positive people: This is very true. It’s like what they say, you are the person you are from the people you surround yourself with.
