You guys know I’m all about my fitness routine and I always make time for fitness in my busy lifestyle.
Today I’m excited to share with you a new routine that I’m currently doing. If you aren’t a gym person that likes lifting and doing cardio inside, you don’t have to worry. I have discovered something so incredible that I just couldn’t hold back from sharing.
Have you ever heard of ClassPass? The goal for me is to get out of my box (gym girl) and adventure into other activities. I just joined ClassPass so that I can try out a bunch of different classes. I’m currently trying indoor cycling that has me excited! While cycling I tend to zone out, listening to the loud music, which gives me endurance. It’s nice to find something that you really enjoy.
By signing up now to ClassPass they have a one month trail that you can take up to 5 classes at anyone of their studios. This is limited so I encourage all of you to sign up now. The coast is $19. You won’t be disappointed.
I think my next class that I will try is Boxing!
