When it comes to fashion, I know that Nordstrom is the place to shop for the latest trends in fashion. So when I saw this blue bell sleeve top, I knew I had to have it before it sold out. Anyone that knows me knows that I love details on my items (jeans, skirts, tops, and shoes) and this 70’s blue bell sleeve top fits perfectly into my wardrobe. The top is very versatile, so I decided to dress it up with a pair of high rise shorts and wedges.
