Today marks 4 weeks of working out hard and staying focused. I will be sharing a little workout routine that I started last week with my trainer’s help.This workout will challenge you and you’ll be able to see results. Eating clean, training hard and self discipline is all you need to achieve your fitness goal.
So let me break down my morning workout routine for all of you:
-Before eating breakfast I do 30 jumping jacks, 30 seconds of mountain climbers, 30 squats, and 15 burpees.
– Rest for 2 minutes max and repeat two times. (Three sets total)
Then I have a nice healthy breakfast; 4 egg whites, 1/3 cup oatmeal with 1/8 cup blueberries.
After letting my food digest for 30 mintues I hit the gym.
I love high intensity cardio ”stairmaster”- Doing this machine is the best way to drop weight.
-I walk 2 mins on level 14 followed by 1 min on level 5 for approximately for 30 mins.
By doing this I increase my heart rate which enables me to burn fat. Trust me this workout is hard but you will love the results.
If you are a beginner start on the starmaster on level 8 for 2 mins and 1 min level 5. Do this for 20 minutes..
Remember to stay focus, eat clean and train hard..
