I hope your Monday is going as well as mine! As you all know, I live in Austin, Texas; and one thing that Austin is known for is their great food. A few weeks ago, I met my friend, Ana, for drinks and dinner at this adorable restaurant called Elizabeth’s Cafe which is located at South 1st Street. This restaurant has such a Vietnamese cafe and French bakery feel to it and the food is “to die for.” I ordered a summer drink called ESC Hyperdrive that is a refreshing drink with a punch. It has a touch of rosemary in it and is so delicious that you will be asking for more. As for food, you will love everything; but my favorite was the crab spring rolls. The food is so good that I am definitely going to return with my husband. So if you are thinking of visiting Austin, and are looking for a cool spot that’s a little bit Asian and a little bit French; visit Elizabeth’s Cafe. You won’t regret it! Happy Monday, Everyone.
